Bollywood Tour with Indian Wildlife Tour

Day 1: Arrive Mumbai

Arrive Mumbai and met upon arrival. Check into hotel for breakfast. Morning free to relax. In the afternoon possibly visit one of Bollywood Studio and evening may visit Juhu Beach. Back to hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2: Mumbai

Breakfast at the hotel. Later proceed for sightseeing of Mumbai includes Gateway of India, Colaba, Dhobi Ghat and the Museum. Lunch at a local restaurant.

Back to hotel for dinner and overnight at hotel.

Day 3: Mumbai / Aurangabad by flight

An early departure transfer to domestic airport to board flight for Aurangabad. Arrive Aurangabad and transfer to hotel for breakfast. Morning free. After lunch proceeds for sightseeing of UNESCO World Heritage Site: Ellora monasteries & temples about 45 minutes drive from Aurangabad.

Later back to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4: Aurangabad / Ajanta – 2 hrs. drive

Ajanta / Jalgaon

Breakfast at the hotel. Morning at leisure. Lunch at the hotel. After lunch drive 2 hrs. to Ajanta.

After sightseeing drive to Jalgaon and check into a hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 5: Jalgaon / Mandu / Indore – 5 hrs drive

Mandu / Indore, 1.5 ~ 2 hrs. drive

Breakfast at the hotel. Leave for “The City of Joy” called Mandu on 90 km east of Indore city. Mandu is a beautiful plateau. Visit the historical monuments of Mandu built mostly between 1401 A.D. and 1526 A.D. reflect noteworthy architectural skills.

Lunch at a local restaurant. Later drive to Indore and check into hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 6: Indore / Maheshwar – 6 hrs drive

Breakfast at the hotel. Later drive to Maheshwar. Arrive Maheshwar and check into this charming fort hotel.

Lunch at the hotel. Afternoon free to relax or explore ghats and temples and surrounding. Dinner and overnight at hotel.

Day 7: Maheshwar

Breakfast at the hotel. Morning explore Maheshwar Fort and the Town.

Lunch at the hotel. The afternoon may visit ghats and enjoy the boat ride.  Dinner and overnight at hotel.

Day 8: Maheshwar / Bhopal – 5 hrs drive

Bhopal / Sanchi / Bhopal – 1 hr drive

Breakfast at the hotel. Drive to Bhopal. Arrive Bhopal and check into hotel for lunch. After lunch proceeds for sightseeing of Sanchi Stupa.

After spending some time here back to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 9: Bhopal/ Jabalpur, by train

Jabalpur / Kanha –  by road 2 ½ hrs. drive

Early morning departure transfer to the railway station to board a train. Early lunch at a local restaurant. Later drive to Kanha. Upon reaching check into the resort and relax. Afternoon free. Dinner and overnight at hotel.

Day 10: Kanha National Park

Morning and afternoon game viewing at the Kanha National Park by jeep or canter/elephant. Brunch at the hotel. Dinner and overnight at hotel.

Day 11: Kanha / Bandhavgarh – 276 km. 6 hrs. drive

Breakfast at the hotel. Drive to Bandhavgarh National Park. Upon reaching lunch at a hotel. The afternoon may visit the park for game viewing. Dinner and overnight at hotel.

Day 12: Bandhavgarh National Park

Morning and afternoon game viewing by Jeep at the park. Dinner and overnight at hotel.

Day 13: Bandhavgarh /Khajuraho – 260 km.,6 hrs. drive

Breakfast at the hotel. Later drive to Khajuraho. Arrive Khajuraho and check into a hotel. The evening may visit Kandaria Art Centre for Indian folk dance show. Back to hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 14: Khajuraho

Breakfast at the hotel. Morning sightseeing of World famous Khajuraho Temples. Back to the hotel for lunch. Afternoon free to relax.

Day 15: Khajuraho / Orchha – 172 km., 3.5hrs. drive

Breakfast at the hotel. Later drive to Orchha. Enroute village walk. Arrive Orchha and check into hotel for lunch. Afternoon explore the beautiful palaces and temples of Orchha. Evening may be spent at the bank of the River Betwa to enjoy the Sunset. Back to hotel for dinner and overnight at hotel.

Day 16: Orchha / Khajuraho – 172 km., 3.5 hrs. drive

Khajuraho / Varanasi by flight

Breakfast at the hotel. Later drive back to Khajuraho to board flight for Varanasi. Arrive Varanasi and transfer to airport to board flight for Varanasi. Arrive Varanasi and transfer to hotel for lunch. The evening after an adventurous cycle rickshaw ride visit the ghats to attend evening ceremony (prayer of the Ganges River) which is very enchanting. Back to hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 17: Varanasi

Early morning visit the ghats once again to see the morning life of local people and see the religious rituals while sitting on the boat and enjoy the beautiful Sunrise.  Later walk through the narrow lanes of Old Varanasi. Back to hotel for breakfast. Afternoon visit Sarnath ruins where Budha gave his first sermon after attaining the enlightenment in Bodhgaya.

Dinner and overnight at hotel.

Day 18: Varanasi / Delhi, flight

Breakfast at the hotel. In time departure transfer to airport to board flight for Delhi. Arrive in Delhi and check into a hotel. Dinner and overnight at hotel.

Day 19: Delhi – Departure

Early morning departure transfer to airport to board flight for onward destination.
